Refund policy
Returns & Exchange Policy-
Swim & Sport Inc. will accept returns for the following reasons: 1) damage from the manufacturer or 2) an incorrect shipment that differed from your documented selection. Proof that your order differed from your selection will be provided by the customer to: hi@swimandsportinc.com
A customized item (meaning: custom embroidery, embellishments and/or personalization) will be accepted for return if the item is damaged by the manufacturer, OR if the item was incorrectly customized, for which proof of the final customization request is to be provided by the customer to: hi@swimandsportinc.com
Exchanges are approved ONLY if the tags are in the original location, the item has not been worn, stretched, is damaged in any way, and remains brand new condition. Items will not be refunded or exchanged until Swim & Sport Inc. has received the item, and confirms it meets the requirements of refund/exchange.
- Returns/exchanges accepted for 30 days from date of purchase
- Customer provides return shipping for reasons of damage from the manufacturer.
- Rockwall Swim & Sport Inc. provides return shipping for incorrect shipments and customization errors only.
- No sale or clearance items accepted for return or exchange.
